Can I attend the inspection?+

Yes. Select the option in the request form. The inspector agrees access and the final time with the seller, then confirms the arrangements with you.

How do I receive my report?+

We send you a private link and PIN. The report includes the checks, findings and available photos, with a printable version. We share the full report after the remaining payment. Candidate reports for car selection are available after the starting deposit.

Does a high technical score mean I should buy?+

No. Urgent repairs, safety risks, bodywork, history, incomplete checks and the purchase price all matter. The report explains the evidence and limits of the inspection alongside the technical score.

What if I need to cancel or move the inspection?+

You can cancel before the inspection for a full refund or move it free of charge, including within 24 hours. If the inspector has arrived and the seller refuses access, half of the deposit is refunded, or the full deposit can be carried over to another car.

What is included in car selection?+

The base fee is AED 1,500: AED 750 at the start and AED 750 after purchase. The fee also includes 40% of the saving negotiated from the recorded starting price, paid after purchase. We plan at least 7 inspections for popular cars or 3 for rare or premium cars, unless you buy earlier. Extra inspections are not guaranteed. Search times are indicative, and we can continue if a suitable car has not appeared.

Can you check the car at a workshop?+

Yes, at a partner workshop for AED 500. The seller can deliver the car, or we can arrange company towing for an additional AED 250.

Service & privacy information

Payment is by bank transfer or cash. A 50% deposit starts the service. The balance for a one-off inspection is due before the full report is shared; purchase assistance is settled after the deal. Any promo code is checked manually and applies to the base service price.

Inspection findings reflect the accessible checks at the time of the visit. Unchecked areas and uncertain history are stated in the report. An inspection cannot rule out every hidden fault. During car selection, a client cancellation retains the initial deposit; if we stop the search, all payments received are returned.
